This building is a reconstruction of the Poole Construction Co. job shack used in 1922 on the company's first job site in Edmonton. The Edmonton Public Library located on MacDonald Drive was the first building built by the Poole Construction Co.
The job shack in an on site office that the builders, engineers and architects worked from during construction.
