Photographed in 2002, the pictures show the detail that went into making the carousel horses. Each horse was hand carved out of blocks of wood and then painted. It took hundreds of volunteer hours to build just one horse. Originally the carousel horses were built in the AGT Telephone Exchange addition and then the work area was moved into this building. |
